Breakfast is served at Scholefield House each morning
in the Parlour by the fireplace.

Breakfast Menus include:

- Fresh-squeezed juices
- Fresh fruit accented by lemon-balm, mint, honeysuckle...
- Fresh Yogurt with Honey & Vanilla, or Lemon Zest
- A selection of cereals with milk and demerara sugar
- Hot Entré - a different one for every day. Plates are accented with a wide variety of seasonal herbs and edible flowers from our own gardens. We use farm fresh, free-range eggs for their superior flavour.
- Freshly baked miniature banana or carrot muffins, Lavender biscuits, ...
- Fresh ground Fair-Trade Coffee, Tea, Decaffinated Coffee, Herbal Teas

 

Bed and Breakfast Entrés include:

* Omelette crepe with specialty cheese and avocado or asparagus, and fresh baked German crusty rolls

* Barbequed smoked salmon with lemon dill sauce, fresh cream cheese and sesame bagels

* French Baguette Toast with Brie and lavender, Quebec Maple Syrup and Saskatoonberry Syrup

* Fresh grilled BC salmon with sea asparagus and sourdough loaf (seasonal)

* Eggs Florentine with puff potatoes

* Fluffy scrambled eggs with peppers slowly grilled in virgin olive oil and Provence spices
